Here at Tankless America, your satisfaction is our number one priority. We promise to deliver a high-quality product in new and excellent condition. If, for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply contact us to request RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Any return received without RMA number will be refused. All RMA numbers expire 30 days after being issued.
A 15% processing fee will be applied to each refunded or returned order.
Only new unpacked and unused items are eligible for returns.
Items are eligible for return for 30 days after receipt.
You are responsible for all shipping charges associated with your order. Items must be returned using the same, or a similar method as original delivery.
Freight delivered items must be returned via a freight carrier only. Any items not returned via the original delivery method will be refused.
Return shipping method must provide tracking information, insurance, and in original packaging. Any item returned with damaged to the packaging or item will be refused.
The return process:
As soon as we receive your item we will inspect it for any damages. If the item has concealed damage(s) you will receive a notification from us so that you can file a claim with the carrier. As long as return item is in the original packaging condition with no concealed damage(s) you will receive a refund. 15% restocking fee plus original shipping cost will be deducted.
You always have the option to receive 100% store credit instead of a refund.
All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow 1-3 business days for inspection of your return and 2-7 additional business days for your refund, depending on your bank.
How to deal with DOA (Dead On Arrival) items:
All items Tankless America sell and ship are in new and unused condition. If for any reason your system or item does not work when you install it, please contact the manufacturer of the product directly to inquire about a service call or replacement parts. Tankless America is not able to authorize exchanges on defective items. This can only be done by the manufacturer of the product.
Cancelation of the order:
The order can be canceled only if the item has not yet been shipped (special order equipment excluded). Once an item has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. If the order has been shipped - the order will be under the return policy. Cancellations requests can ONLY be accepted by calling (443) 222-0672 number.
In order to validate the system, it MUST be installed or at least inspected with the initial start-up by a licensed company or technician (per your state regulations).
After the initial start-up has been completed by a licensed company, or technician, you should obtain an invoice with an installed date and model and serial number. Your licensed company or technician should register the system within 30-60 days of installation (required by manufacturer).
We strongly recommend you keep that in a safe place for future reference, and, if possible, scan the document to keep a duplicate as a digital copy. Please ask your licensed company or technician to provide you with a copy of the warranty.
All warranty claims MUST be handled by your licensed company or technician, or directly by you.
Tankless America reserve the right to reject any warranty claims.
